Delete Your Hisaber Khata Account

Request deletion of your Hisaber Khata account and associated data.

Hisaber Khata by Zeroos Studio allows you to keep track of your income, expenses, transactions and notes.

If you want to permanently delete your Hisaber Khata account and the data associated with it, you can submit a deletion request using the method below.

How to request account deletion

You do not need to have the Hisaber Khata app installed to request deletion.

1. Send an email to: zeroosstudio@gmail.com
2. Use the subject: Hisaber Khata Account Deletion Request
3. Send the request from the Google account email address associated with your Hisaber Khata account.

What will be deleted?

After your deletion request is verified and processed, we will delete the account and associated data that we maintain for your Hisaber Khata account.

• Google account information associated with Hisaber Khata
• Transactions associated with your account
• Notes associated with your account
• Google Drive backup data associated with your Hisaber Khata account, where applicable
• Other account-related data maintained by Hisaber Khata

Data that may be retained

We do not retain your account data longer than necessary after a valid deletion request, except where retention is required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other applicable obligations.

If any information needs to be retained for such a reason, it will be retained only for the period necessary for that purpose and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

What happens after you request deletion?

1. We receive your deletion request.
2. We verify that the request belongs to the account owner.
3. Your Hisaber Khata account and associated data are deleted.
4. We notify you when the deletion process has been completed.
